I certainly enjoyed meeting and visiting with Dr. Shires. She is truly a joyful person and a person of faith who lives her faith. I appreciate her care for my health concerns. I am blessed to have Dr. Shires as my healthcare provider. I am sure that all of her patients feel the same way. She provides such good health care in an uplifting way. That takes the stress out of a medical appointment. I also want to thank my Nurse Navigator, Jen M, for her help getting authorization for the additional CT scans that I requested. I know that this process required extra work and time on her part. I certainly appreciate that she accomplished this on short notice. I highly recommend West Cancer Center. All of the staff members who I met are very helpful and encouraging. In God We Trust

Oh, my, this is such a wonderful place! From the moment I stepped up to the desk, I was treated like I was their only patient! Dr. Richard Fine was nothing short of superb. He talked at length with me and explained all my options. When I chose an option, he handled me with such gentle hands, and he's amazing with a needle! I left knowing there would not be another doctor I'll ever go to besides him. My follow-up was handled by his PA, Ashley, who was equally as amazing in her capacity as a PA. She spent many minutes explaining genetic testing to me and my husband. She even gave me options for receiving the testing. This cancer center is on the level with the greats like Mayo or John's Hopkins. I'm so grateful to everyone there who made the scariest visit I had to go to a positive one. Thank you, Margaret West Clinic!

Let's face it no one wants to think about cancer; however when faced with it, you would like a place that will assist in every way possible. West Cancer Center is that place!!! The medical and support staff go up and above to help all their patients thereby guiding you and your loved ones through. The facilities are equipped with state of the art medical equipment and staff are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. The doctors are patient friendly, caring, and dare to say probably among the top of their fields.

The 2 ladies working front desk Radiology 1/9/24 @ 10:37am very RUDE!!! Said good morning ladies 3 times and neither one of them could even open their mouths to speak. Red hair lady only could say, You checking in today and more over here as I am already standing in the front of the desk? So, I had to move over to the left one step. I said to her again, I said Good Morning ladies, lady with red hair looked at me with attitude and the other young lady still said nothing. My goodness this attitude is not needed so early in the morning and towards cancer patients.

I have a lot of respect for the doctors and staff here. They have helped me through some rough times and I made it by the grace of GOD!! I have to come back every so often just for check ups ( bloodwork) to make sure I am still good. When cancer seems to be in the family genetics this is where you need to come and get your treatments and courage to not give up. And I must add the coffee is delicious 🥰🤣 the volunteers who come here just to make the fresh brew of coffee and will serve you and give you just kind & friendly gestures are just sweet. They will even offer to hold your hand 🙏I am grateful for this facility and it’s entire staff

The customer service and attentiveness to patients and their families at West simply cannot be matched. The building itself was thoughtfully and artistically designed to put anyone who enters at peace.

The medical professionals are beyond wonderful. The medical practice side is ran with high efficiency. LOVE that part. The reason for my low rating is their billing department. Watch your bill carefully!!!!! They will add charges back from previous years so match your insurance EOBs to your bill with an eagle eye. They do not apply your payments correctly so you will have to constantly audit your bill from them. Billing issues are to the point that I am considering finding a new oncologist.

Haven't even had my first visit and have nothing but complaints. You can't speak to someone actually at the office to schedule or reschedule appointments. The people who answer the phones don't have the ability to do anything and just "schedule" callbacks from someone who can and it's impossible to get those people to call you back. The people who answer the phones are also incompetent and will accidentally cancel your appointment the day before and claim they can't do anything about it. Really considering getting a referral to a different clinic as I have no faith in this office to do a procedure correctly if they can't even schedule an appointment efficiently.
